If you’ve been to my facebook page or my blog you have probably seen these beauties before. I love taking their pictures because they are so photogenic, I love their crystal sparkling eyes, they’re the sweetest little boys and did I mention that I just happen to live next door to these little cuties?! My three boys love them and they love my three boys.  Together they can make a LOT of noise and chaos but that’s a different blog post.

So the first time I photographed these boys was a year ago when their mom Brooke called me over to do a casual photo shoot of her family. It was a cold wintery day and I couldn’t believe it when Brooke started making cookies and turned the photo shoot into a flour throwing party – in her own house people!  You can check that session out here. Anyway, just recently she turned her love for throwing flour around her house into a custom decorated cookie business – aka “Brookies” – she has blown me away with her detailed work on those cookies AND they are delicious!  Last week when we decided to get together to do a  Valentine’s shoot with her boys, I asked her to make some of her yummy cookies to include in the photo shoot.  I had so much fun playing with these boys and eating these cookies with them.  We didn’t end up needing any balloons or flowers or frilly Valentine props…just cute kids + brookies = adorable vday photos.

BE MINE?  How many little girls are going to turn this sweet face down?!

SWEET? – Absolutely!

 I went ahead and made a Facebook cover page for Brookies – “All you need is Love and Brookies”  🙂
