I really adore doing family photo sessions. Whether it’s at a park, in your house, in your backyard, downtown or even in a restaurant (hmm…that’s one to try, any takers?) – I love photographing families and watching them interact.   This family is near and dear to my heart. I have known Rachael for as long as I can remember.  We go way back.  As I was clicking away during their family session the strangest feeling came over me as if I was realizing for the first time that, ‘wow, we are so grown up and this is her family – these are her kids! ‘  Where did time go?  It doesn’t seem so long ago that we were cruising around in our Chevy Cavaliers drinking Snapple peach iced tea and eating Kit Kats. 🙂  Anyway…It was so special for me to be the one to capture these moments for Rachael’s family.  Rachael, I hope you love these photos as much as I loved creating them! xoxo
